Abortion means loss of pregnancy ,the definition of abortion is two types one is 'Miscarriage' and second one is induced abortion. Miscarriage means spontaneous abortion, it is the natural death of embryo or fetus .Induced abortion means an abortion caused intentionally,most of the abortions caused by induced abortions. The drug mifepristoney in combination with prostaglandin is used for medical abortion ,during first and second trimester of pregnancy.
